Dennis K. Lucas, 38, Sixth Street, Campbell; possession of cocaine.
Joseph D. McCoy, 18, Broad Street, Struthers; receiving stolen property, forgery.
Terrence J. Carter, 29, East Ravenwood Avenue, Youngstown; attempted burglary.
Chase Slade Callion, 20, Elm Street, Youngstown; possession of cocaine, carrying concealed weapons.
Michael Engstrom, 26, Thornton Avenue, Youngstown; possession of cocaine.
John H. Chatman, 31, Plaza View Court, Youngstown; theft.
Terrence Hymes, 30, East Ravenwood Avenue, Youngstown; aggravated robbery, kidnapping, felonious assault.
David Gayles, 44, Pineview Avenue, Youngstown; felonious assault, attempted murder.
James Roman, 29, South Navarre Avenue, Youngstown; 3 counts of felonious assault, 3 firearm specifications.
Michael J. Romeo, 38, Coitsville Road, Campbell; burglary.
The grand jury declined to hand up an indictment against:
Charles Lynch, 24, Chicago Avenue, Youngstown; felonious assault.
