Five hurt when youth wrecked his car

ELLWOOD CITY, Pa. -- Three brothers and two other people were injured in a car accident early today.

The car went up an embankment, struck a stone retaining wall and then rolled over, police said. Police said Kimmel had serious injuries. He was taken to UPMC in Pittsburgh, where he was still being evaluated late this morning, a hospital spokeswoman said.
His brothers, David Kimmel, 12, of Franklin Avenue, Casey Kimmel, 10, of Loop Street, and other passengers, Brian Flesher, 15, of Crescent Avenue and Vesta Bates, 14, of Beaver Street, Wampum, all had moderate injuries and were still being evaluated in the emergency room at the Ellwood City Hospital this morning.
