Game facts: Riding high from Michigan upset, Buckeyes hope to snap out of bowl doldrums in rematch with Gamecocks. Junior QB Craig Krenzel (22-of-41, 282 passing, 1 TD, 3 ints.) will start but senior Steve Bellisari (1,696 total offense, 8 TD passes, 2 TD runs) will play after Tressel reinstated him following drunk-driving arrest. RB Jonathan Wells (1,257 rushing, 15 TDs) is tough between tackles. Secondary will miss CB Derek Ross (shoulder, toe), though S Mike Doss (79 tackles, 3 ints., 3 fumbles recovered, 2 blocked kicks) is exceptional. Gamecocks' WR Ryan Brewer tore up OSU in last year's game with 219 all-purpose yards, 3 TDs. Holtz likes toughness of QB Phil Petty (1,833 total offense, 10 TD passes, 6 ints., 3 TD runs), two-headed RB attack of Andrew Pinnock, Derek Watson (combined for 1,164 rushing, 15 TDs). Team MVP WR Brian Scott (40 catches, 4 TDs) is doubtful with strained knee. Star LB Kalimba Edwards (knee) is out.
