CORNERSBURG
XCornersburg Happy Seniors will meet at 11:45 a.m. Thursday at the Lockwood House with Kitty Saltsman presiding. Greeters will be Mary Kachmer and Ann Watson and the blessing will be by Virginia Davidson. Bingo will be conducted by Frank Aulisio. Birthdays will be acknowledged, and there will be door prizes and a 50/50 drawing. Reservations or cancellations are due today. Dues are to be paid by Jan. 31.
JCC
The Senior Adult Program at the Jewish Community Center will include the following activities: Monday, coffee and kibitz at 9:30 a.m., exercises at 10:30, meeting with social worker at 11, and meat luncheon at noon. Wednesday, coffee and kibitz at 9:30 a.m., exercises at 10:30, TBA at 11, and dairy lunch at noon.
LOWELLVILLE
XLowellville Seniors will meet at 1 p.m. Friday at Holy Rosary Education Center. A lunch of sausage sandwich, salad, cake and coffee will be served by Jody Skarvinsky and her committee. The cost is $3 and reservations or cancellations are to be made by Wednesday with Eileen Flora at (330) 755-0467. Marie DeSantis will preside for business and entertainment. Dues of $5 are to be paid. No new members will be accepted until April 8.
MARTHA LUPSE
XBridge, 500, chess, checkers and shuffleboard will be played when Martha Lupse 50-Plus Card and Game Club meets from 9:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Thursday in Room 106 at Poland United Methodist Church. Jean Waters will lead devotions. Members are reminded to take a sack lunch. Coffee and tea will be provided. No affiliation with the church is required for participation. ST. CHRISTINE
St. Christine Seniors will meet at 1 p.m. Wednesday at Gutman Hall with president Harriet Moschella presiding. Birthdays will be observed. Cards and bingo will be played, and there will be a 50/50 raffle. Dues will be collected for 2002.
