MAHONING COUNTY
DACAS HotMeals offers hot, nutritious meals weekdays at 12 locations in Mahoning County for people 60 or older and their spouses, regardless of age. Reservations are required three days in advance, and a $1.50 donation is suggested per meal. Home-delivered meals are also available for seniors homebound due to illness, injury or handicap.
Wednesday, Dec. 26: Southwestern meatloaf, pirogi, glazed carrots, bread with margarine, regular or diet peaches, and milk.
Thursday, Dec. 27: Macaroni and cheese, broccoli, layered salad, bread with margarine, under-the-sea salad (D'Zerta with fruit available) and milk.
Friday, Dec. 28: Beef stew, coleslaw, biscuit with margarine, regular or diet applesauce, and milk.
Saturday, Dec. 29: Turkey and Swiss on wheat bread with mayonnaise, potato salad, pineapple-orange juice, pretzels and milk.
Monday, Dec. 31: Kielbasa and sauerkraut, cheesy onion mashed potatoes, Diamond Jim bun, regular or diet chocolate pudding, and milk.
Tuesday, Jan. 1: Closed.

TRUMBULL COUNTY
The Trumbull County Office of Elderly Affairs offers older people a well-balanced meal and an opportunity to share fellowship weekdays at 12 locations in Trumbull County. Reservations must be made two working days in advance. Any person 60 or older or whose spouse is 60 or over is eligible to attend. There is no income requirement. The suggested donation is $1.25 per meal.
