ELDERLY | Long-term care

Money from Pennsylvania's tobacco settlement will be used in 2002 to provide more in-home care for the elderly. The Pennsylvania Department of Aging defines that in-home care as anything from bathing and health monitoring to therapy and home-delivered meals.
