WARREN -- Second National Bank has named Joseph Mielecki vice president employee benefits manager in its trust department and Cheryl Holt retail administrative officer in the retail banking department. Mielecki had been with a trust company in Hermitage. He has a bachelor's degreee in economics from Indiana University of Pennsylvania. Holt started with the bank in 1980 as a teller. She attended Youngstown State University.
WARREN -- Brett Carnahan has joined Seven Seventeen Credit Union as commercial lending officer. He had been assistant vice president of commercial lending for Metropolitan National Bank. He has a bachelor's degree in business administration from Youngstown State University.
MARKETING
LIBERTY -- Jordan Cohen has been named director of public relations services at IBC Marketing. He had been public relations director for Sherman & amp; Associates.
COMMUNICATIONS
AUSTINTOWN -- Raymond Droney has been named program supervisor in the operations department at InfoCision Management Corp. He had been an operator-designer at Ray's Bobcat Service. He has a bachelor's degree in applied science from Youngstown State University.

AUSTINTOWN -- AustinWoods Health Care Center has named Denise McMurray supervisor of housekeeping and laundry service. She has been a supervisor with hotels and nursing homes. Suzanne Cavalier has been named admissions nurse liaison. She has been a home health nurse and an admissions nurse. She is a graduate of St. Mary's College.
SALES
BOARDMAN -- Mindy Howard, Melissa Masterson and Thea Nixon have joined the sales staff at WKBN-TV and Fox 17/62. Howard, a Canfield native, had been sales and marketing coordinator at Double Trouble Records in Chicago. She has a bachelor's degree in marketing management from Youngstown State University. Masterson recently graduated with a degree in news broadcasting from Kent State University. Nixon had been sales manager at WYFM/WPIC. She has a bachelor's degree in communications from Clarion University.
