William A. Miller, 19, Lakewood Avenue, Youngstown, obstructing justice.
Chad R. Miller, 25, Custer-Orangeville Road, Burghill, theft from an elderly person and forgery.
Cassandra Lelesch, 20, Neil Street, Niles, receiving stolen property, four counts of forgery and theft.
Howard Glover, 30, York Avenue, Warren, criminal mischief.
David E. Johnson, 40, Tod Avenue, Warren, two counts of driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
Stephen M. Champ, 22, Falcon Track, Warren, driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
Christopher M. Doughty, 36, Williams Street, Niles, breaking and entering and theft.
Alaina M. Phillips, 22, West State Street, Niles, receiving stolen property, theft and forgery.
Jon A. Toler, 26, Park Road, Leavittsburg, grand theft of a motor vehicle and unauthorized use of a vehicle.
Benjamin M. Warner, 22, Scott Street, Warren, felonious assault of a peace officer.
Monty A. Ohler, 26, Austin Avenue N.W., Warren, two counts of assault, two counts of aggravated menacing and criminal damaging or endangering.
Darrell Thornton Jr., 42, Palmyra Road, Warren, aggravated burglary, rape and attempted burglary.
Marianne Doolittle, 34, Lilac Place N.W., Warren, theft and falsification in a theft offense.
Abbott A. Collins, 46, McGuffey Road, Youngstown, possession of crack cocaine.
Richard D. Kovack, 32, Ridge Road, Cortland, breaking and entering, grand theft and tampering with evidence.
Milton D. Dixon, 30, Palmyra Road, Warren, inducing panic.
