Ancient Order of Hibernians holds installation of officers



WARREN -- The Sean McBride Trumbull County Division of the Ancient Order of Hibernians in America held an installation ceremony for new officers during a Dec. 1 meeting at Warren Elks Lodge.
Michael Mogg Sr. is president. His associate officers are Patrick Donlin Sr., vice president; Ray Sinchak, recording secretary; Joe Casey, financial secretary; Dr. John Robertson, treasurer; Tim Mulligan, chairman of the standing committee; David Mogg, marshal; and Patrick McCarthy, sentinel.
The group: Founded in 1836 in New York, the group is a Irish-Catholic men's organization with more than 250,000 members nationwide.
The Trumbull County division is named for a founder of Amnesty International, who also is an Irish historian.
