SBC donates money forcalling cards for military
YOUNGSTOWN -- SBC Communications, the parent company of Ameritech, has donated $250,000 so more than 30,000 prepaid calling cards can be sent to people in the military or veterans hospitals. People can sign up to have a card sent at www.sbc.com or call the Veterans of Foreign Wars at (800) 479-5228. The 10-minute cards can be sent to someone serving overseas or stationed at a local military base as well as someone living in a veterans hospital.

Food donations
CAMPBELL -- Youngstown-Warren Realtist Association members have donated food items for needy senior citizens. The food will be packaged Saturday and delivered to residents at Vasu Manor, 137 Roosevelt Drive.
