Criminal damage: Christmas tree lights were reported cut at a residence in the 70 block of Topaz Circle.
Theft: An employee is suspected of stealing between $140 and $150 from the cash drawer at Skylark Restaurant, 530 W. Main St.
Suspicious letter: A resident of the 6000 block of Killdeer Drive reported receiving a letter from Worcester, Mass., saying she did not know anyone from that area and that the address was written backwards on the letter. Police bagged the letter in plastic.
