MENTOR -- Christopher Lee Crumbacher and his bride, the former Wendy Ann Potokar, both of 315 E. 216th St., Euclid, honeymooned at Punta Cana in the Dominican Republic following their Nov. 16 marriage at LaMalfa, where a reception followed.
The daughter of Ronald and Jacqueline Potokar, 110 E. 197th St., Euclid, and the son of Denny and Leona Crumbacher, 1297 Valleyview Drive, Boardman, exchanged vows at 5:30 p.m. in the presence of the Rev. Thomas Long.
The bride graduated from Miami University at Oxford with a bachelor's degree in education. She is physical-education teacher and coach with Bay Village City Schools.
The groom, a senior claims adjuster with Farmers Insurance in Middleburg Heights, holds a bachelor's degree in criminal justice from Kent State University.
The bride wore a silk shantung gown designed with an open back and spaghetti straps, and completed her ensemble with a silk shawl.
Copper and black gowns were worn by the honor attendant, Monica Wagner of Moreland Hills, and the bridesmaid, Daniela Kolocuris of Fairfax, Va.
Scott Garner of Kent performed the duties of best man, and groomsman was Curtis Crumbacher, a brother of the groom.
Serving as ushers were Chris Brewer of Bay Village and George Lewis of Medina.
The couple live at the Euclid address.
