Man is wounded in domestic dispute

YOUNGSTOWN -- A 33-year-old West Marion Avenue man was shot in the right arm during a domestic dispute late Friday with a Ravenwood Avenue woman he told police he occasionally dated.
The victim told police that he went to the woman's house to collect his belongings just before midnight, when the two began arguing.
The man told police the woman pulled out a .32-caliber nickel-plated revolver, pointed it at him and fired approximately five shots, striking him once.
A friend of the victim's, who had been waiting outside, told police that after the shots, he heard the woman apologizing.
