Turnpike's E-ZPasscovers entire road
SHARON, Pa. -- Beginning today, motorists using the Pennsylvania Turnpike will be able to use the E-ZPass electronic toll collection system on the entire toll road.
The western end of the system was the last to be equipped with the special booths.
The rates are the same as regular toll lanes, but motorists don't have to stop.
The program serves only passenger vehicles now, but commercial vehicles and buses are expected to be added next year.
Enroll in the program at www.paturnpike.com or by calling (877) PENNPAS.
