The city's control board approved these spending items Thursday:
A $30,525 contract with Veronica Foster to continue as the city's Weed and Seed coordinator.
A $112,407 payment to A.P. O'Horo Co. for repairs and changes to sewer equipment at the Ohio Works Industrial Park.
Purchase of two used cars for the fire department inspection division for a total of $26,880, through the state purchasing contract.
A $6,390 fa & ccedil;ade renovation loan for Sola Tan, at 131 Lincoln Ave. The project will cost $15,977.
Purchase of six air packs for the fire department at $1,731 each, from Fire Force Inc.
Severance of $2,678 for Yvonne Wilson, a police patrol officer who resigned Oct. 21.
Severance of $2,391 for David Barbour, a police clerk who retired Oct. 22.
Severance of $566 for Kenneth L. Horn, a firefighter who resigned Nov. 15.
