INDICTMENTS Mahoning County
A Mahoning County grand jury declined to indict a Stewart Avenue man who was accused of kidnapping and harming his daughters. Matthew Abrams, 48, faced charges of aggravated burglary and three counts of kidnapping. Authorities contended he broke into the girls' West Ravenwood Avenue home earlier this year, tied up the girls and ransacked the house. Abrams denied the allegations. The grand jury did not find enough evidence to indict him, but it did indict the following people:
Jason A. Long, 23, Pinehurst Avenue, Youngstown; unlawful sexual contact with a minor.
Steven J. Sebna, 42, Hazelwood Avenue, Youngstown; illegal processing of drug documents, drug possession, possession of dangerous drugs.
Robert C. Bartlett, 47, Glacier Heights Road, Youngstown; cocaine possession.
Pedro L. Rivera, 22, Funston Drive, Youngstown; carrying concealed weapons, receiving stolen property.
Anthony Fossaceca, 24, Willowcrest Drive, Youngstown; two counts of breaking and entering.
Jesse C. Goss, 45, Neilson Avenue, Youngstown; theft.
Christine Ann Graves, 38, Firnley Avenue, Youngstown; felonious assault.
