STRUTHERS -- The wedding of Kimberly Wess and Eric Tarr, both of 32 Moore St., took place at 2 p.m. Nov. 10 at St. Nicholas Church, where vows were exchanged in the presence of the Rev. Phillip Rogers.
After accepting congratulations during a reception at the Italian-American Veterans Centre in Youngstown, the couple left on a wedding trip to Las Vegas.
They live at the Moore Street address.
The bride, a daughter of Marie and Lyle Wess, 493 Ninth St., is a resident manager with Mahoning County Chemical Dependency Programs Inc. in Youngstown. She holds a bachelor's degree in education from Youngstown State University.
Paul and Karen Wright, 939 E. Boston Ave., Youngstown, and James and Alice Tarr, Glenwood Avenue, Boardman, are parents of the groom. He is a painter/sandblaster with Praxair in Youngstown.
The bride's short-sleeved A-line gown was embellished with pearls and sequins.
Royal blue and silver gowns were worn by Kelly Wess, the bride's sister and honor attendant, and the bridesmaids, Alison Wess, her sister-in-law; Darla Cortez; Dodi Anderson; Andrea DeGennaro; and Patty Fire. Flower girls were the bride's niece, Kaylee Wess, and Giovanna Gizzi.
Serving as best man was the groom's cousin, Mike Tarr, and groomsmen were his cousin, Steve Tarr; Pat Stevens; Joe Pasquale; Tom Tate; and Brian Wess, the bride's brother. Ring bearer was the couple's son, Christopher Wess.
