August Angel to be inducted by lodge for coming season



YOUNGSTOWN -- Installed during an 8 p.m. ceremony Monday by St. Alban's Lodge will be a slate of officers headed by August A. Angel, newly elected worshipful master who will also serve as education officer.
Inducted as his elected and appointed associate officers will be George Kapsulis, senior warden; Steve Stamos, junior warden; Richard S. Rosine, treasurer; Jack Feeley, secretary; John V. Fay, senior deacon and trustee; Anthony Tsikouris, junior deacon; John W. Lazar, senior steward; Clare E. Beckman, junior steward; John L. Federovtich, chaplain; and Emanuel J. Cominos, tyler and assistant L.E.O.
New leader: Angel, a graduate of Chaney High School, attended Lees Junior College and earned a bachelor's degree at Berea College in Kentucky and his master's at Eastern Kentucky University.
He is a past excellent high priest of Youngstown Chapter 93, past illustrious master of Buechner Council 107, and past commander of St. John's Commandary 20. He is the recipient of the Knight York Cross of Honor and is serving as president of the Temple on the Hill 720 High Twelve.
Angel is a member of Christ Church in Boardman, the Aut Mori Grotto, National Rifle Association and National Muzzleloader Rifle Association.
He lives with his wife, Barbara.
