FOP Lodge 28 elects slate of officers

YOUNGSTOWN -- The Fraternal Order of Police Lodge 28 held its annual Christmas party and election of officers Dec. 4 at the Italian-American Veterans Centre.
Those chosen to serve the organization are David P. Sweeney, president; Rodney K. Bowyer, vice president; Thomas DeWitt, recording secretary; Joe Wess, treasurer; Jason Simon, financial secretary; James Miller, guard; Bob Wallis, conductor; and Joe Hudak, Mike Richards and Richard Brincko, trustees.
Brincko also was honored as 2001 Member of the Year.
The new officers will be installed at the Jan. 8 meeting.
