ASSOCIATIONS
XNortheast Homeowners Association will meet at 7 p.m. Tuesday at Price Memorial A.M.E. Zion Church. The speaker will be Phillip E. Smith, executive director of Youngstown C.H.O.I.C.E. Homes.
XO-My-O Chapter of the American Business Women's Association will meet Thursday at Beard Cabin in Boardman Township Park for a dinner and program. A social hour will begin at 6 p.m. followed by dinner at 6:30 and Christmas entertainment by the bell choir of First United Methodist Church of Niles. XYoungstown Charter Chapter of the American Business Women's Association will meet for a Christmas dinner at 6:30 p.m. Dec. 18 at Johnny's Restaurant, 876 E. Midlothian Blvd. Susan Morell will preside. The Struthers High School chorus will entertain. Beth Stanko will report on the holiday nut sale, and other reports will be given by Patty Coogan, Mary Lou Lewis and Jean Bachman. XPoland K.C. Ettes will have a Christmas luncheon at 1 p.m. Tuesday at Springfield Grille. The officers will serve as hostesses.
CLUBS
XLe Cercle Francais will host a French Christmas celebration Dec. 22 at the Youngstown Club, 301 E. Commerce St. There will be a reception and hors d'oeuvres at 5:30 p.m. followed by dinner at 6:30. For entree choices and other information, call Paul Dalbec, (330) 533-1284. Students from Dana School of Music will provide entertainment, and there will be a sing-along and door prizes. XJunior League of Youngstown will hold a board holiday party at 6:30 p.m. Tuesday at the home of the sustainer representative. Meat will be provided by the executive committee, and board members whose last names begin with A-M are asked to take an appetizer; N-P, a salad; and Q-Z, a dessert.
