Needlepoint guild seats 2002 officers

NEW CASTLE, Pa. -- Featured at the Dec. 1 meeting of the Penn-Ohio Chapter of the American Needlepoint Guild held at the New Castle Public Library was the installation of officers for the coming year.
Inducted were Judy Badger, president; Lillian Geer, vice president; Mary Sonntag, treasurer; and Dot Schwabenbauer, secretary.
After the business session, members had their Christmas party at the Dumplin Haus. Caps, mittens, scarves and gloves were collected for the Women's Shelter of New Castle.
