SCOPE Howland Senior Center, 9273 High St. N.E., Warren, has planned a Christmas dance to big band tunes Dec. 12. Doors open at 6 p.m. and a buffet dinner will be served at 6:30. Dancing is from 7:30 to 9 p.m. and there will be surprises and a 50/50 drawing. The cost is $7.50. Reservations are available to 85; a waiting list will be compiled after that. Warren SCOPE Senior Center, 220 W. Market St., will hold its annual holiday card party from 1 to 4:30 p.m. Dec. 9.
