LAKEWOOD -- The marriage of Mandie Sandine and Ken Farley, both of 1598 Westwood, was solemnized by the Rev. Tom Behrend at 2:30 p.m. Oct. 27 at St. James Church.
The daughter of Marie Sandine of Southington and Mark Sandine of Struthers and the son of Ken Farley of Southington and Jenn Farley of Warren were honored afterward during a reception at St. Demetrios Cultural Center in Rocky River.
The couple left on a wedding trip to Las Vegas and live in Lakewood.
The bride wore a sleeveless white matt & eacute; satin gown designed with a round neckline and a box-pleated skirt that flowed into a chapel train.
Black ensembles were worn by Kelly Dobos, the honor attendant, and Mary Ellen Fraser, Joanne Previts, Lily Rauzan, Sarah Salisbury and Erica Trnavsky, the bridesmaids. The flower girl was the groom's niece, Jessie Bock.
Serving as best man was the groom's father, and groomsmen were the groom's cousin, Mike Custer, and Tom Fraser, Ed Glynn, Joe Maciak and Jim Reilley. Ring bearer was his nephew, Jonny Bock, and ushers were Shaw Gettan and the bride's brother, Maden Sandine.
The bride, a programmer/analyst with JoAnn Stores Inc. in Hudson, earned a degree in computer information systems at Notre Dame College of Ohio in Cleveland.
The groom graduated from John Carroll University in Cleveland with a bachelor's degree in business management and is pursuing a master's in accounting at Cleveland State University. He is an auditor with American Greetings Corp. in Cleveland.
