A purse-snatching in Hermitage is the focus of Mercer County Crime Solvers this week:
Crime: Robbery.
Location: Hermitage Towne Plaza parking lot.
Time and date of occurrence: About 6:30 p.m. Nov. 20.
Details: The Hermitage Police Department is investigating a case in which a male teen-ager grabbed a woman's purse as she exited her vehicle, knocking her to the ground and dragging her about 10 feet through the parking lot before she let go of it. The teen-ager then entered a burgundy two-door vehicle and left the area. Three other teen-aged males were thought to be in the vehicle.
