Schedule of events for today's Winter Wonderland Holiday Spectacular in downtown Youngstown:
3 to 3:45 p.m. -- Parade lineup on Rayen Avenue, between Belmont and Fifth avenues.
4 to 4:45 p.m. -- Parade starts at Fifth Avenue, to Commerce Street, to Market Street, ending at Front Street.
5 p.m. -- Tree lighting ceremony on Federal Plaza.
5:30 p.m. -- Snack with Santa at the Realty building on Federal Plaza.
