Miss Walters, Mr. Emch plan winter wedding

NILES -- Grant Walters and Mr. and Mrs. Dennis Watkins of Niles announce the engagement of their daughter, Stacey Lee Walters, and Matthew Christopher Emch, a son of Mr. and Mrs. Kenneth H. Emch of Youngstown.
The couple have planned their wedding for Dec. 29 at St. Maron Church, and their reception will take place at McMenamy's.
Miss Walters is the owner of Shining Stars Dance and Baton of Niles, a majorette instructor with Niles City Schools, and a majorette and basketball dance team instructor with Youngstown State University. She is also pursuing a degree in physical education at YSU.
Mr. Emch studied physical education at YSU and is the owner and personal trainer of X-treme Sports and Fitness Athletic Training Center. He also is employed at McMenamy's.
