PUBLIC INDECENCY Local laws

These city and state ordinances pertain to public indecency.
Ohio revised code: No person shall recklessly expose his or her private parts in the view of others who are not family members. (The Ohio attorney general's office says nudity includes the female breast, and private parts are defined as genitals). The cities of Warren and Campbell and all townships follow this code.
Struthers city ordinance: No person shall knowingly or intentionally appear in a state of nudity in a public place. The city of Youngstown follows this code.
