POLAND -- A reception at The Georgetown in Boardman honored Michael David Kushner of Poland and his bride, the former Mary Nicole Vinion of Liberty, who were married during a ceremony at 4 p.m. July 20 at Poland Presbyterian Church.
The Rev. Gerald Fennell performed the ceremony for the daughter of Samuel and Charliene Vinion of Liberty and the son of Donald and Elizabeth Kushner of Poland.
They honeymooned in Ocean City, Md., and live in Liberty.
The bride wore a strapless satin and silk gown accented by pearls and complemented by a lace overcoat.
Honor attendants were Staci Nicora and Lisa Kavanagh, the bride's sister. Bridesmaids were Candice and Renee Ungaro, her cousins; Paula Filipowicz, her aunt; Kathy Campbell; Melissa Ray; Kim Zupo; and Amy Moody. They wore watermelon-colored dresses. Flower girl was Kara Renee Kushner, the groom's niece.
The duties of best man were shared by Randy and Vince Kushner, the groom's brothers. Groomsmen were J.J. Sansone, Jimmy Sofranic, Joey Chamoun, Kurt Kerry, Richie Christoff, Dave Ratliff, Dan Ebert and Michael Ferno.
Mrs. Kushner is a direct-sales representative with Cellular One in Boardman. She received a managing nail technician license from Raphael's School of Beauty, Niles.
The groom graduated cum laude with a bachelor's degree in computer science from Youngstown State University. He owns New Surface Media in Youngstown.
