Lenoir, 21, Council Rock Avenue, Youngstown; illegal possession of weapons, possession of cocaine, trafficking in cocaine.Joseph Romanchuck, 36, Hummingbird Hill Drive, Poland; possession of cocaine.Michael J. Romeo, 38, Coitsville Road, Campbell; 3 counts each of receiving stolen property and forgery.Michael H. Tomlin, 18, Wellington Avenue, Youngstown; aggravated robbery, felonious assault.Bruce A. Dawson, 38, West Warren Avenue, Youngstown; breaking and entering, 2 counts of burglary.Zachary Howell, 24, Lincoln Park Drive, Youngstown; carrying concealed weapons.Raymond Wright, 22, Gray Avenue, Youngstown; assault, carrying concealed weapons, illegal possession of weapons.Kenneth W. Collins III, 36, North Meridian Road, Youngstown; possession of cocaine, illegal manufacturing of drugs, 2 counts of drug possession.Tim Henneman, 36, LeMans Drive, Youngstown; possession of cocaine.
The grand jury declined to hand up an indictment in the following case:
Richard Hollis, 18, Parkcliff Avenue, Youngstown; assault.
