Children benefit from fraternity's good deed

The good deed of a Youngstown State University fraternity made two hot summer days a little more bearable for children from Youngstown's North Side. Thanks to the donation of the Psi Omicron chapter of Omega Psi Phi, a black fraternity, 200 children got to swim for free at the city's North Side Pool. The young men have undertaken this endeavor as part of their organization's social action mission. They are to be commended.
Many college fraternities are associated withbinge drinking, low grades and untoward social behavior. It's nice to see a group of young men acting responsibly.
