Heather Timms to be bride of Tom Tsarnas

BOARDMAN -- Rick and Lisa Timms, 39 Terrace Drive, announce the engagement of their daughter, Heather Timms of the same address, and Tom Tsarnas, 3960 S. Schenley Ave., Youngstown.
Parents of the future groom are Drosos and Cindy Tsarnas, 206 Reed Ave., Campbell.
The couple will exchange vows during an open ceremony planned for 1:30 p.m. Sept. 22 at Boardman Township Park gazebo. An evening reception by invitation is scheduled at the Maronite Center in Youngstown.
Miss Timms is attending Youngstown State University. She is a deputy with Mahoning County Sheriff's Department.
Mr. Tsarnas is a laborer at LTV Steel Corp. in Warren.
