YOUNGSTOWN -- Amy Lynn DeMarco and Scott Charles Brunner, both of 4 Woodstock Drive, Fairfield, were united in marriage Aug. 4 during a noon ceremony at St. Columba Cathedral.
The marriage was solemnized by Monsignor Lawrence Fye, and a reception was held in honor of the couple at the Italian-American Veterans Centre. After accepting congratulations, the newlyweds left on a wedding trip to Cancun, Mexico.
The bride, a daughter of Anthony and Paula DeMarco, 2865 Bears Den Court, and the groom, a son of Charles and Carroll Brunner, 1985 Pineview Drive, Kent, will live at the Fairfield address.
Alencon lace, pearls and sequins embellished the bride's white gown. It was designed with an empire waist, tank neckline and an A-line skirt that flowed into a cathedral train.
Lilac gowns were worn by Amber Ausnehmer, the honor attendant, and the bridesmaids, Carrie DeMarco, the bride's sister, and Nicole Shedio and Marla Galloway, her cousins.
The duties of best man were performed by Ryan Rotuna, and groomsmen were Thomas Gatto, and the groom's brothers, Brian and Timothy Brunner. Ushers were Mark Meszar and Patrick Wolf.
The bride graduated from Youngstown State University with a bachelor's degree in business administration. She is an assistant manager with Office Depot in Hamilton.
The groom, a consultative sales specialist with Office Depot in Blue Ash, attended YSU.
