10,000-square-foot lap pool and family fun aquatic center, warm-water therapy pool and outdoor recreational pool.

Community multipurpose rooms.
Chapel for devotional meetings and prayer.
Youth, teen and senior center.
Cardiac, health and wellness center.
Fitness center with aerobic and exercise equipment, indoor walking and jogging track, and double gymnasium.
Studio for aerobics, dance and spinning.
Steam, sauna, whirlpool and full-size locker rooms with special needs area.
FACILITIES PHASE 2
Four tennis courts, two sand volleyball courts and blacktop basketball courts.
