MILDRED VIOLA FOSTER, 94
LISBON -- Services will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday at Eells-Leggett Funeral Home for Mildred Viola Foster, 94, of Pleasant View Nursing Home, formerly of North Market Street, who died Saturday evening in Pleasant View where she resided for two years.
Mrs. Foster was born Jan. 6, 1907, in Carroll County, a daughter of Elmer and Lenora Harsh Cox, and was a lifelong area resident.
She was a homemaker and quilter and was a member of Hanoverton Presbyterian Church.
Her husband, William B., whom she married April 17, 1925, died June 16, 1982.
She leaves two daughters, Dorothy Batzli of East Rochester and Lucille Smith of Lisbon; three grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
A sister, Mable Cox, died in infancy. Three other sisters, Bertha Dowling, Goldie Anthony and Helen Hart, and a brother, Earl Cox, are also deceased.
Friends may call from 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
