The Mattress Factory is located at 500 Sampsonia Way on the north side of Pittsburgh.Directions from Route 279 South: Exit right at the East Street Exit. Take another right onto North Avenue and another right onto Federal Street. Turn left onto Jacksonian Street and a left into parking lot at 505 Jacksonian Street. Even though the address is Sampsonia Way, the parking lot leading to the museum is on Jacksonian Street. Look for the red and black Mattress Factory sign in front of the six story red brick.Gallery hours are Tuesday through Saturday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Sunday from 1 to 5 p.m.Admission is $6 for adults and $4 for students and senior citizens. Admission is free for those under 12 years old and all are admitted free on Thursdays.Educational and private tours are available by appointment.Visual Sound Part I runs through July 31.
