BANKING
WARREN -- First Place Bank, the new bank formed by the merger of FFY Bank of Boardman and First Federal Savings and Loan Association of Warren, is announcing its new loan origination team in Mahoning and Trumbull counties. In Mahoning, Dan Kopp is at the bank's professional center at 1275 Boardman-Poland Road, and Jane Hutchins, Richard Curry and Sharon Agler are at the bank's 700 Boardman-Poland Road office. The Canfield office team includes Joseph Conroy, Jay Warnock and Jim Ring , and Frank Pasquale is at the Westside office. In Trumbull County, Marilyn Allen is in the main office in Warren, and Connie Bellino, Richard Pavlock and Don Fatobene are in Howland and Tom Delahunty is in Champion.

YOUNGSTOWN -- George Zamary, a Youngstown native, has been named an associate in the law firm of Rendigs, Fry, Keily & amp; Dennis, L.L.P, in Cincinnati. Zamary has a bachelor's degree from Ohio University and a law degree from Capital University Law School. He served as a clerk for Judge Arthur Ney Jr. of the Hamilton County Court of Common Pleas.

GARRETSVILLE -- Alan Lininger has transferred to the sales staff of Realty One's Garrettsville office, coming from the company's Medina office. Lininger is a graduate of Youngstown State University and lives in Middlefield.
TELEVISION
YOUNGSTOWN -- Daniel Allen Messersmith joined the 27 First News and Fox 17/62 sales department this month as an account manager. Messersmith is a Badger High School graduate and Kinsman native who lives in Masury. He is the former regional sales manager of WYTV in Youngstown.

SHARON -- Renee Cannon has joined Winner Advertising as senior art director. She has a bachelor's degree in fine arts from Youngstown State University and has more than 10 years' experience.
RETAIL
YOUNGSTOWN -- Cathy Johnston of Poland is the new owner of Alternative Consignment, a retail shop specializing in apparel for women and teens. She is a Poland High School graduate with more than 20 years of accounting experience and worked at the former Strouss department store chain.
LANDSCAPING
VIENNA -- A. Reanae Lockhart has been hired as assistant manager of the garden center at Colonial Gardens in Vienna. Lockhart has a bachelor's degree in education from Youngstown State and is certified by the Ohio Nursery and Landscape Association. She is an instructor of landscape design and maintenance and other related courses at the Trumbull Career and Technical Center in Champion.
TELEMARKETING
AUSTINTOWN -- InfoCision Management Corp. has promoted Frank Keeley of Mineral Ridge to program supervisor in its operations department. Keeley has a bachelor's degree in marketing from Youngstown State University and joined the company as a communicator in January.

NEW CASTLE -- Linda Cody has been named director of public relations for Jameson Health System. Cody has a bachelor's degree from Geneva College in Beaver Falls, Pa., and had been employed with AmeriNet Central, a health-care group purchasing organization.
