DANIEL M. PITZO Jr., 59

NEW MIDDLETOWN -- Services will be at 10:30 a.m. Saturday at Kubina-Yuhasz Funeral Home for Daniel M. Pitzo Jr., 59, of 6791 E. Calla Road, who died of cancer Sunday in Hazlehurst, Ga., at the home of his sister.
Mr. Pitzo was born Sept. 24, 1941, in New Castle, Pa., a son of Daniel M. Sr. and Ann Vincey Pitzo, and lived in this area all his life.
He worked out of Structural Iron Workers Local 207 in Youngstown for the past 30 years. An Army veteran, he served from 1961 to 1965 in the 101st Airborne.
He leaves a son, Daniel M. III of Dover, Ohio; two daughters, Dana L. Valentine of Leetonia and Danielle R. Pitzo of Columbus; a brother, Richard A. of New Middletown; a sister, Donna Pitzo of Hazlehurst; and a grandson.
Friends may call from 5 to 8 p.m. today at the funeral home.
