July wedding for Susan Martinko, Joseph Yager

YOUNGSTOWN -- Thomas and Georgieanna Martinko, 1311 Detroit Ave., are announcing the engagement of their daughter, Susan G. Martinko of the same address, and Joseph H. Yager, 331 W. Church Lane, East Liverpool.
The bride-elect, a certified corporate reservationist with Total Travel Management in Warren, attended Southeastern Academy in Kissimmee, Fla. She also attended the Institute of Certified Travel Agents in Wellesly, Mass., and is a certified travel counselor.
The future groom is a son of the late Joseph R. and Maxie Yager. He served three years with the U.S. Navy and attended Kent State University. He is a self-employed painter in East Liverpool.
The couple will exchange nuptial vows at 2 p.m. July 7 during an open ceremony at St. Matthias Church. Invitations will be issued for their reception at the Lockwood House, Boardman.
