ACCIDENT SCENE: Paramedics help a woman after a two-car accident at Mahoning Avenue and Hogue Street, Youngstown. Lacquetta Garcia, 40, was treated at Northside Medical Center. Lanesha Williams, 23, and Patricia Fusillo, 33, were both taken to St. Elizabeth Health Center, but no conditions were available. Police said Fusillo was driving north on Hogue about noon Monday when her car collided with a car driven by Williams, who was heading east on Mahoning. Garcia was a passenger in Williams' car. Fusillo was charged with failure to yield right of way at a stop sign.
