MARK K. FLUGAN, 84

LISBON -- Services will be at 1 p.m. Thursday at Eells-Leggett Funeral Home for Mark K. Flugan, 84, of Blossom Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, Salem, formerly of 256 W. High St., who died early Monday at the nursing center.
Mrs. Flugan was born Dec. 10, 1916, in Center Township, Columbiana County, a daughter of Joseph and Eva Engler Joseph, and was a lifelong area resident. She was a homemaker and a member of New Lisbon Presbyterian Church.
Her husband, Thirl F., whom she married Nov. 17, 1959, died June 21, 1978.
She leaves two stepdaughters, Joanne Muntean of Lisbon and Joyce Siefke of Alliance; four sisters, Pauline Brown of Washingtonville, Hazel Meehan of Columbiana, Margaret Petry of Lancaster and Beverly Halverstadt of Wimberly, Texas; and three brothers, Ross C. Joseph of Lisbon, and David L. Joseph and Glenn A. Joseph, both of Lisbon.
Four brothers, Frank A., Earl S., Roy G. and Carroll M. Joseph, and a sister, Dorothy B. Brown, are deceased.
Friends may call from 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home. Contributions may be made to New Lisbon Presbyterian Church, 111 E. Chestnut St., Lisbon 44432.
