IVA A. SMITH EVANS , 96

WARREN -- Memorial services will be at a later date for Iva A. Smith Evans, 96, of 2473 North Road N.E., formerly of Arbor Manor, who died early Tuesday in Horizon Village Nursing Home.
Mrs. Evans was born Sept. 15, 1904, in Farmersdale, N.Y. a daughter of Chester A. and Lucinda V. Blake Smith, and lived in the Niles area for many years. She was a homemaker who enjoyed flower arranging, crocheting and painting.
Her first husband, John H. Rose, died in 1957.
Her husband, Robert, died in 1994.
She leaves two daughters, Delores Joseph of Warren and Aileen Heames of Howland; six grandchildren; and 12 great-grandchildren.
Four brothers and eight sisters are deceased.
There are no calling hours. Contributions may be made to the Salvation Army. Arrangements are by Reese-Wynn-Winyard-McDermott-Laird Funeral Home.
