RUTH C. JONES, 79

NILES -- Services will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday at Holloway & amp; Son Funeral Home here for Ruth C. Jones, 79, of 934 Lafayette St., who died Saturday in St. Elizabeth Health Center.
Mrs. Jones was born Feb. 1, 1922, in Pittsburgh, a daughter of George and Caroline Towardow Grishkat, and came to this area in 1928. She worked at Lordstown Ordnance Depot, retired in 1945, and was a homemaker. She was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church, Niles, Ali Baba Cauldron, and Ida McKinley Chapter, Order of Eastern Star.
Her husband, John A., whom she married Sept. 2, 1943, died Sept. 9, 1987.
She leaves a son, Jack L. of Niles; a brother, George Grishkat of Niles; and two grandchildren.
A brother, Herman Grishkat, and a sister, Emma Marburger, are deceased.
Friends may call from 2 to 4 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.
