DONALD DANIEL BONO, 77

BOARDMAN -- Services will be at 10 a.m. Monday at the Schiavone Funeral Home for Donald Daniel Bono, 77, of 5665 South Ave., who died Wednesday in St. Elizabeth Health Center, Youngstown.
Mr. Bono was born May 11, 1923, in Farrell, a son of Anthony and Dolorato Vivolo Bono.
He was a welder at Commercial Intertech Corp. and had also worked for Aeroquip Republic Rubber. He was a member of St. Patrick Church. He enjoyed music and dancing.
His wife, the former Mary Prologo, whom he married April 29, 1945, died Oct. 16, 1981.
He leaves two sons, Robert and Tony, both in California; three daughters, Donna Maines of Warren, Beverly Norris of Hubbard and Debra Crespo of Austintown; two stepsons, John Rokus in Michigan and Pat Rokus in Oregon; a sister, Madeline Bono of Youngstown; 14 grandchildren; and 15 great-grandchildren.
Two brothers, Rocco and Samuel; four sisters, Anna Bosco, Mary Chieffo, Lucy DiVincenzo and Lillian Gagliardi; and two grandsons are deceased.
Friends may call from 2 to 4 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.
