YOUNGSTOWN -- Services will be at 11 a.m. Monday at the Cunningham-Becker Funeral Home, Lowellville, for Dawn M. Deal, 26, of 1348 Ivanhoe Ave., who died of brain cancer early Friday in her residence.
Miss Deal was born Jan. 4, 1975, in Youngstown, a daughter of Lester and Peggy Wamsley Deal. She was raised in Pulaski and moved to Lowellville in 1988. She lived in Fort Lauderdale, Fla., for three years before returning to Youngstown in 1997.
She attend Mohawk and Lowellville schools and Mahoning County Joint Vocational School. She was a 1993 graduate of Lowellville High School.
She was a nurses' aide at Carrington South Rehabilitation Health Care Center and a home health aide. She attended services at Lowellville Christian Church.
Besides her father of West Hickory, Pa., and her mother, with whom she made her home; she leaves a sister, Leslie Compton at home; two brothers, Robbie Deal at home and Smitty Erdel of Columbus; a grandmother, Florence Deal of Newmansville, Pa.
Grandparents Thomas and Nora Little and Lester Deal are deceased.
Friends may call from 4 to 7 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.
