Loth-Reger rite is scheduled for late May

The engagement of Melanie Justine Loth, 8545 Edwardton Drive, Roswell, Ga., and Michael William Reger, 1315 Hampton Drive, Atlanta, is being announced by their parents.
Miss Loth is a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Patrick Phelan, 1781 Brockton Drive, Austintown, and Dr. Robert E. Loth of the Edwardton Drive address. Mr. Reger is a son of Dr. and Mrs. David Reger, 6 Honeybrook Drive, Princeton, N.J.
The couple have chosen May 26 for their open ceremony to take place at 2:30 p.m. at St. Dominic Church in Struthers and for a reception by invitation to be held that evening at the Avalon Inn in Howland.
Miss Loth holds a bachelor's degree from Ohio State University in Columbus and is a special-education teacher with Bartow County Schools in Cantersville, Ga. She is pursuing a master's degree at North Georgia College and State University.
Her fiance graduated from Clemson University in Clemson, S.C., with a bachelor's degree in marketing. He is regional sales manager with EMP Automotive Finance Corp. in Atlanta and is pursuing a master's degree in business administration at Kennesaw State University in Atlanta.
