OUT-OF-TOWN BIRTHS

The birth of their first child, a daughter, is being announced by Chris and Kathleen (Campbell) Ciolli, 74 Century Place, Middleton, Wis. The infant, Elena Christine, was born April 12 in Wisconsin. Her grandparents are Clarence and Marilyn Campbell of North Jackson and John and Lynda Ciolli of Austintown, and the great-grandmothers are Erma Campbell of Youngstown and Kathleen Parsons of Jefferson.
