CATHERINE M. BELLISH, 94

VILLA MARIA, Pa. -- Memorial services will be at 1 p.m. Thursday in St. James Church, New Bedford, Pa., for Catherine M. Bellish, 94, formerly of Villa Maria Apartments, who died Friday in The Greenbriar Health Care Center, Boardman.
Mrs. Bellish was born Aug. 15, 1906, in Cleveland, a daughter of Patrick F. and Bridget Gallagher Brennan. She moved to Villa Maria in 1989 from Royal Oaks, Mich., and Stuart, Fla.
A homemaker, she had also worked in the ladies dress department of Higbees Department Store in downtown Cleveland. She was as member of the church, attended Ursuline College in Cleveland and was on the board of trustees of Catholic Services in Royal Oaks. She was a Girl Scout leader and a member of the Christ Child Society at the Shrine of the Little Flower in Detroit, Mich.
Her husband, Anthony J., whom she married Sept. 12, 1934, died June 20, 1996.
She leaves no known survivors.
Two sisters, Sister Marie Estelle H.M. and Cecelia Brennan, are deceased.
There are no calling hours.
