Jill A. Rishel, Rick Carfagna to wed July 28

NILES -- Gerald and Janet Rishel, 1404 Difford Drive, announce the engagement of their daughter, Jill Ann Rishel, 6505 Marsol Road, Mayfield Heights, and Rick Carfagna, 1014 Galliton Court, Columbus.
Parents of the prospective groom are Dino and Terri Carfagna, 747 Pepper Court, Westerville.
St. John the Baptist Italian Catholic Church, Columbus, will be the setting for the couple's wedding planned for 2:30 p.m. July 28. A reception is scheduled for the Athenaeum, Columbus. Invitations will be issued for both events.
Miss Rishel graduated with a bachelor's degree in elementary education from John Carroll University, University Heights. She is a sixth-grade teacher in Shaker Heights City School District, Shaker Heights.
Mr. Carfagna earned a bachelor's degree in political science at JCU. He is a legislative aide in the Ohio House of Representatives, Columbus.
