What: Surfs Up! Online Crimes Against Children, a discussion sponsored by the Children's Advocacy Center of Lawrence County.
When: Dinner will be served at 5:30 p.m. Wednesday. The discussion will follow.
Where: The New Englander banquet hall, Wilmington Road, New Castle.
Who: Open to the public. Panel members will include speakers from the Pennsylvania State Police, the FBI, the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children and the Lawrence County Women's Shelter/Rape Crisis Center.
Cost: $15.
