CHARLES L. QUEENER, 49
YOUNGSTOWN -- Services were to be at 11 a.m. today in Tod Homestead Cemetery Chapel for Charles L. Queener, 49, of 346 Edwards St., who died of pulmonary cardiac arrest on April 8 in St. Rita's Hospital, Lima, Ohio.
Mr. Queener, who was known as "Bird," was born June 7, 1951, in Youngstown, a son of Carl and Amy Carter Queener, and was a lifelong area resident.
He was a 1970 graduate of North High School and had been a laborer for LTV Steel Corp.
He leaves his father, of Youngstown; three brothers, Milton of Columbia, S.C., Nathan of Youngstown and Gerald of Cleveland; and three sisters, Olivia Goodwin, Linda Lewis and Carol Queener, all of Youngstown.
His mother is deceased.
Friends were to call for a half-hour before the services in the cemetery chapel.
Arrangements were by Black & amp; Phillips Funeral Home.
